BSC TOOL PROCUREMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
Align User Requirements
- Work with client organisation to develop the technical and functional requirements to ensure that the cascaded departmental strategy maps and KPIs as well as reporting frameworks are well defined, and reflected in the BSC tool.
- Validating and defining the needed BSC tool modules such as the KPI Metrics and Management Module, the Performance Reporting Data Entry Module and others. Develop the hierarchical structure and framework based on agreed Strategy Maps, Themes , objectives and aligned KPIs at the Corporate and Department level.
- Define data entry form requirements including but not limited to KPI Definitions, Calculation and Data Source and also design the dashboards, reporting requirements and workflows which will be reflected in the BCS tool .
Procurement and Development
Innovation Panel will subcontract a company to develop a customized bi-lingual, web-based BSC tool.
Implementation and Rollout
Project manage the implementation process to ensure its effectively deployed within the agreed timeframes and milestones an d facilitate the adoption of tool by respective end users.
Conduct training and awareness workshops with end users and rollout and test the BSC tool functions and the deployed workflows effectiveness.
